Ingredients
  • 2 golden
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 glass of white wine 150ml.
  • 1 jet of oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. To make the baked bream with potatoes and lemon, the first thing we will have is the clean bream and open in half, we will remove the thorns, this can be done by the fishmonger.
  2. We put the bream fillets in a source and sprinkle them with the juice of a lemon, we leave it for a while so that it takes on the flavor.
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces or thin slices, put them in the source that we are going to use for the oven, put a little salt, oil, a splash of white wine. We put them in the oven at 200ºC and leave them until they are tender.
  4. In a bowl we put a jet of oil, the white wine that remains and the juice of another half lemon, we beat it to unite the mixture.
  5. When the tender potatoes are cooked, we remove the tray from the oven, put the bream fillets on top, add the dressing that we have mixed on top of the fish and the potatoes, put some lemon slices on top, put in the oven until the fillets of bream are ready about 15-20 minutes.
