Baked cod with potatoes and peppers, an excellent dish with a perfect combination since the cod goes very well, the peppers and the potatoes are delicious with everything.

A dish that we can prepare for any occasion. We can change the vegetables or fish as you like. If you take cod, it must be desalted at its salt point.

Ingredients
  • 8 pieces of desalted cod without bones
  • 3 potatoes
  • 3-4 assorted peppers (red, green, yellow)
  • 200ml. white wine
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • A handful of chopped parsley
  • Oil and salt

Preparation
  1. To prepare the baked cod with potatoes and peppers, we will start by peeling the potatoes, we will cut them into very thin slices, like bakeries.
  2. We put a frying pan with a good jet of oil, we poach the potatoes.
  3. On the other hand, we wash and cut the peppers into strips, put them in a pan with a splash of oil and leave them until they are tender.
  4. Once we have the potatoes ready, we drain them from the oil and put them in a baking dish, on top we will put the peppers also drained from the oil.
  5. On top of the potatoes and peppers we will put the pieces of cod.
  6. We will put the oven at 180ºC with heat up and down.
  7. We put the tray in the oven.
  8. Chop the garlic cloves and parsley. In a mortar we chop the two ingredients well, add the white wine, mix it and add it to the oven tray. We spread it over the cod. With the heat it is already distributed throughout everything and the flavors are mixed.
  9. We will cook for 12-15 minutes or until you see that the cod is ready.
  10. Cod does not need much cooking. And you are ready to eat.
