Today a plate of pasta, Baked Macaroni. A classic in our kitchens and much loved by the little ones, we can accompany them with many foods, but this in particular is one of the most liked.

A very complete plate of pasta with meat, a layer of homemade béchamel and grated cheese, baked in the oven. A simple recipe that we can prepare in a short time and look very good.

Ingredients
  • 400 gr. macaroni
  • 300 gr. mixed meat (beef-pork)
  • A jar of fried tomato
  • 100ml. white wine
  • Pepper
  • Sal Island
  • To make the bechamel:
  • ½ l. milk
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Nutmeg
  • Grated cheese

Preparation
  1. Cook the macaroni in plenty of salted water, when they are, drain them and reserve.
  2. In a frying pan with a little oil, we fry the meat, add salt and pepper, when it is done we will add the white wine, let it evaporate and add the fried tomato, the amount will be to taste.
  3. We let it cook for a few minutes about 10 minutes so that it takes all the flavors well.
  4. We add the macaroni to the sauce and mix everything.
  5. We put it in a suitable source for the oven.
  6. We prepare the bechamel:
  7. In a saucepan we put 2 tablespoons of butter and when they melt we add the flour, stir well, add the milk and stir, put a little salt and nutmeg, continue stirring with a few rods until we have a creamy sauce.
  8. Cover with the béchamel sauce and a lot of grated cheese, put a few pieces of butter on top of the grated cheese and put it in the oven at 180ºC at a medium height, lit up and down until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and reserve, let it rest for 5 minutes and serve warm.
  10. And ready to eat !!!
