In my house there are vegetables that cost a lot to eat like spinach, so I take advantage of it and together with other vegetables I prepare delicious purees.

- The first thing is to wash the vegetables well, peel the zucchini and cut the spinach and leeks into pieces. We peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.
- Once the vegetables and potatoes are prepared, we put them in a saucepan with water, we do not cover them, we put them on the fire, we add a splash of oil and salt. We put it to cook, when it starts to boil we lower the heat a little and let the vegetables cook for about 25 minutes or until they are cooked.
- Halfway through cooking we will add the chopped cheeses and stir it together with the vegetables, let it continue to cook.
- When they are ready we taste the salt, we leave it at its point.
- We take out and crush everything with the blender until it is like a cream, if it is too thick it is lightened with a little water.
- We serve in plates and add a drizzle of oil on top, it gives it a very good flavor. We can accompany this dish with some pieces of toasted bread in small pieces.
