Vegetable puree, a simple healthy dish to prepare. Puree is a great way to eat vegetables, ideal for those who do not eat vegetables. It is a warm spoon dish that now feels like cold.

In my house there are vegetables that cost a lot to eat like spinach, so I take advantage of it and together with other vegetables I prepare delicious purees.

Ingredients
  • Spinach leaves
  • 1 leek
  • 4 zucchini
  • 2 potatoes
  • 4 cheeses
  • Oil Salt

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to wash the vegetables well, peel the zucchini and cut the spinach and leeks into pieces. We peel the potatoes, wash and cut into pieces.
  2. Once the vegetables and potatoes are prepared, we put them in a saucepan with water, we do not cover them, we put them on the fire, we add a splash of oil and salt. We put it to cook, when it starts to boil we lower the heat a little and let the vegetables cook for about 25 minutes or until they are cooked.
  3. Halfway through cooking we will add the chopped cheeses and stir it together with the vegetables, let it continue to cook.
  4. When they are ready we taste the salt, we leave it at its point.
  5. We take out and crush everything with the blender until it is like a cream, if it is too thick it is lightened with a little water.
  6. We serve in plates and add a drizzle of oil on top, it gives it a very good flavor. We can accompany this dish with some pieces of toasted bread in small pieces.
