- 80 gr. webhotela
- 600 ml. ukushaya ukhilimu
- 400 ml. ubisi
- 150 gr. ushokoledi omhlophe wophudingi
- 150 gr. ushokoledi omnyama noma wobisi wophudingi
- Izimvilophu ezi-2 ze-curd
- 1 isikhwama samabhola, ama-noodle…. ukuhlobisa ikhekhe
Ukulungiselela
- Sizoqala ngokuchoboza amakhukhi nge-chopper ize ibe ngumhlabathi.
- Sizofaka ikhukhi lomhlabathi esitsheni, sincibilikise ibhotela imizuzwana embalwa ku-microwave bese silixube namakhukhi.
- Sibeka inhlama yekhukhi ezansi kwesikhunta esisusekayo, ubukhulu besisekelo buzothanda wena. Sizozisiza ngesipuni ukuze sibhebhe isisekelo samabhisikidi futhi siwenze ube muncu kakhulu. Sizoyifaka esiqandisini imizuzu engama-30.
- Silungisa ushokoledi nezimvilophu ezisikiwe.
- Sibeka ipani nge-300 ml. ukhilimu noshokoledi omnyama oqoshiwe. Sizoba nayo phezu komlilo ophakathi, ivuselele ize ichitheke, akudingeki ibilise.
- Ngakolunye uhlangothi sincibilika ku-200ml. yobisi imvilophu ye-curd lapho ichitheka kahle ngaphandle kwezigaxa sizoyiphonsa epanini le-chocolate, sizoyivusa ize iqale ukuqina, siyisuse emlilweni. Akudingeki ukuthi ibilise.
- Sikhipha isisekelo samabhisikidi efrijini bese kancane kancane sithela ukhilimu kashokoledi, singazisiza nge-spatula, ngakho-ke izowa kancane kancane.
- Siyifaka efrijini bese siyishiya amahora amabili ize isethwe.
- Siphinda okufanayo ngoshokoledi omhlophe. Sibeka u-300 ml. ukhilimu ukushisa noshokoledi nengilazi ka-200 ml. yobisi nemvilophu ye-curd encibilikisiwe, sizoyishiya phezu kokushisa okuphansi ize iqale ukuqina futhi siyisuse.
- Sizoyithululela phezu koshokholethi osuvele usethiwe ngosizo lwe-spatula, kancane kancane futhi sizoyifaka efrijini elimbozwe ngocwecwe lwesiliva, sizoyishiya amahora angama-5-6 noma kangcono ukusuka osukwini olulodwa kuye Olandelayo.
- Ngemuva kwalesi sikhathi sisusa futhi singazumbulu ngokukhulu ukucophelela.
