- Ama-clove ka-1-2
- 30 ml. Okwamafutha omnqumo
- 1-2 wezipuni uviniga
- ½ isipuni i-oregano noma i-basil

- 1 ingilazi yamanzi abandayo

- Ukulungisa ikhukhamba elibandayo nokhilimu we-avocado, sizoqala ngokubeka amanzi esiqandisini, amanzi kumele abande kakhulu.
- Sihlanza ukhukhamba, sinqume ukwatapheya ngesigamu bese sisusa ithambo nesikhumba. Kulesi sidlo kungcono ukuthi zivuthwe kancane.
- Lapho nje ukhukhamba kanye nokwatapheya sekuhlutshiwe, siyahluba bese sinquma ugalikhi ube yizicucu.
- Sifaka konke engilazini ye-blender noma irobhothi.
- Sifaka usawoti omncane, upelepele nomunye umuthi othanda lokhu kungakhethwa.
- Sifaka i-splash yamafutha neviniga.
- Siyichoboza kahle size sithole ukuthungwa esikuthandayo, sizofaka amanzi njengoba siwadinga futhi njengoba sithanda ukhilimu ukuthi uhlale.
- Lapho ukhilimu usuthanda, siwufaka embizeni bese siwushiya esiqandisini kuze kufike isikhathi sokukhonza.
