Ingredients
  • 1 cebolla great
  • 300 g. green beans
  • 300 g. pumpkin
  • 2 medium potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Sal Island

  • Paprika
  • Hot paprika

Preparation
  1. Cut the onion into julienne strips and poach in a pan with a drizzle of oil until smooth, about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes we add salt and pepper, lower the heat and cook for a couple more minutes.
  2. At the same time we put cook the beans in plenty of water with salt, to which we will have removed tips and threads. Once tender, after approximately 15 minutes, we will drain them.
  3. We take advantage of the fact that we have two things in place to cut the pumpkin into cubes and cook it in a small saucepan for 10 minutes or until tender. Then we drain and reserve.
  4. Lastly, we prepare our potatoes. We cut them into slices about 0,5 cm thick, spread them out on a plate or microwave-safe dish, season them, season them with a drizzle of olive oil and cover them with plastic wrap. We microwave at maximum power for 4-5 minutes, until tender.
  5. Now that we have all the elements of our dish prepared We only have to mount it. We place the potatoes at the base of a source and cover with the poached onion.
  6. Sprinkle a little paprika and add the pumpkin dice, reserving a few to place on the pods layer.
  7. Then we water with olive oil and serve the pods with baked potatoes and pumpkin.
