  • 30 gr. of butter
  • 150 gr. skinless toasted almonds

Preparation
  1. We will start by putting the chocolate in the bain-marie. We put a saucepan with a little water to heat.
  2. On top we will put a bowl without touching the water, to do it in a bain-marie.
  3. In the bowl we will add the butter and the cocoa cream.
  4. We will stir it well until it is discarded and mixed. The water in the saucepan must always be very hot. Next we will add the chocolate for desserts in pieces. We will mix it until the mixture is left and the chocolate well mixed.
  5. We will continue stirring until everything is discarded and there is a fine and shiny cream.
  6. We will remove it from the fire, we will put the almonds in the mixture, we will mix it well.
  7. We will prepare a mold, if you do not have it and you want it to be like a nougat bar, you can make this invention, I saw it on the Internet and it is going very well. You just have to cut a milk carton in half, clean it well, it will serve as a mold.
  8. We pass all the mixture to the mold.
  9. We will give it a few strokes to distribute all the chocolate well. We will put it in the refrigerator until it is hard, but when carrying the cocoa cream that is very creamy, it is better to leave it until the next day in the refrigerator.
