Simple Oat Truffles

Today I propose you to make a simple recipe for oatmeal truffles so that you can enjoy with the whole family and entertain your friends on the weekend, constituting a preparation to savor as a dessert with an aromatic cup of coffee.

Ingredients:

200 grams of oats
100 grams of dulce de leche
3 tablespoons of bitter cocoa
2 teaspoons of butter
grated coconut, amount needed

Preparation:

In a bowl, mix the dulce de leche, butter, oats and bitter cocoa until you get a thick paste.

Then, form small spheres with your hands and roll them over the grated coconut. Place the truffles in a bowl and chill them in the fridge for 1 hour. Finally, remove them from the refrigerator at the time of consumption.
