Tomatoes stuffed with tuna, ham and goat cheese
Every time stuffed tomatoes are made, we always tend to remove the pulp, mix it with an ingredient and put it back in. However, today we show you a good way to be able to fill them in in a different and original way to take advantage of it all.
Stuffed alternately with tuna, ham and goat cheese gives a very smooth and pleasant taste And, in addition, the touch of the oven makes it a great dish as a healthy and succulent dinner or as tapas at any party with friends.
Ingredients
- 4 large, ripe tomatoes.
- 1 can of tuna.
- 170 g of goat cheese.
- 3-4 slices of Serrano ham.
- Olive oil.
- Salt
- Oregano.
Preparation
First, we will wash the tomatoes very well under running water and dry them perfectly. In addition, we will remove the peduncle and make some series of incisions 1 cm thick throughout the entire tomato.
Then inside each incision we will alternatively introduce half a slice of Serrano ham, a little tuna and a piece of goat cheese. Thus, until all the incisions of the tomatoes are filled.
Then, we will put the tomatoes over a tall baking dish and sprinkle with a drizzle of olive oil and add salt and oregano.
Finally, we will introduce in the preheated oven at 170º for about 10 minutes. We will take it out and let it warm a little so that the contrast of flavors is ideal.
