Cheese tartlets

Today we prepare some cheese tartlets. Savory tarts are a good option to prepare at dinners, we can prepare them in many ways and different fillings.

This time I have prepared them individual and stuffed with cheeses. If you like cheese it is a delicious snack. You can combine the cheeses that you like the most. It is a simple cake with a base of puff pastry or shortcrust pastry, you can have it prepared in the fridge until the moment of baking and serve it hot, where the cheese is melted and with a great flavor.

Ingredients
  • A puff pastry or shortcrust pastry
  • 1 jar of liquid cream for cooking 300 ml.
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr. parmesan cheese
  • 100 gr of enmemtal cheese
  • 100 gr. goat cheese
  • A pinch of salt
  • Pepper

Preparation
  1. First we prepare the dough, if you have small molds we line them with the dough, prick them with a fork and put them in the fridge.
  2. We take a bowl, beat the eggs, then the cream, continue beating, add a little salt and pepper.
  3. We scratch or chop the cheeses, the Parmesan and the enmental, we incorporate it into the previous mixture, we mix everything very well.
  4. We turn the oven to 200ºC when it is hot, we remove the molds that we have with the dough from the refrigerator, we put a baking paper on each tartlet, we put some vegetables on top and we bake for about 10 minutes. We take them out of the oven, fill them with the cheese dough without filling them to the top, put a slice of goat cheese on top of each tart and put it in the oven, 15-20 minutes
  5. We leave it until the dough is golden and crisp and the cream cheese is curdled and tender. We remove from the oven, unmold.
  6. We serve hot.
