- A pack of traditional muffins, the ones that are shaped like a mushroom.
- 1 liter of whole milk
- Strawberry jam
- An envelope of flan preparation
- First we are going to prepare the muffins, we remove the paper from all the units and reserve.
- We have to cut the muffins, the cut is made right where the mushroom-shaped part separates.
- We prepare a mold, it can be made of plastic or glass.
- In a bowl we put milk of the time, we are slightly wetting the upper part of the muffins and we are placing them in the mold, covering the entire bottom well.
- Then we put a layer of jam on each of the muffins.
- If the jam is too compact, beat lightly with a fork.
- Now we have to place the bottom of the muffins, impregnating each one in the milk again.
- Once we have the muffins ready, it's time to prepare the flan.
- We follow the manufacturer's instructions to prepare the flan.
- Once it is ready, we pour it into the mold making sure that all the muffins are well soaked and that it covers the bottom well.
- We cover the mold well and let it cool down to room temperature.
- Once it is cold, put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the flan sets well.
- When serving the cake we have to unmold it.
- To make it easier, we pass the tip of a knife along the edges of the cake, so that they detach from the mold.
- We place a large source on top and turn.
