Ingredients
  • A pack of traditional muffins, the ones that are shaped like a mushroom.
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • Strawberry jam
  • An envelope of flan preparation

Preparation
  1. First we are going to prepare the muffins, we remove the paper from all the units and reserve.
  2. We have to cut the muffins, the cut is made right where the mushroom-shaped part separates.
  3. We prepare a mold, it can be made of plastic or glass.
  4. In a bowl we put milk of the time, we are slightly wetting the upper part of the muffins and we are placing them in the mold, covering the entire bottom well.
  5. Then we put a layer of jam on each of the muffins.
  6. If the jam is too compact, beat lightly with a fork.
  7. Now we have to place the bottom of the muffins, impregnating each one in the milk again.
  8. Once we have the muffins ready, it's time to prepare the flan.
  9. We follow the manufacturer's instructions to prepare the flan.
  10. Once it is ready, we pour it into the mold making sure that all the muffins are well soaked and that it covers the bottom well.
  11. We cover the mold well and let it cool down to room temperature.
  12. Once it is cold, put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until the flan sets well.
  13. When serving the cake we have to unmold it.
  14. To make it easier, we pass the tip of a knife along the edges of the cake, so that they detach from the mold.
  15. We place a large source on top and turn.
  16. And voila, we have prepared this delicious cake.

Notes
The amount of muffins will depend on the mold you are going to use, if it is medium it will be at least between 10 and 12 units, if it is larger you will need about 15.
