Vegetable soup

Ingredients
  • 300 gr. cabbage or cabbage
  • Carrots 2
  • 1 leek
  • 100 gr. of green beans
  • 150 gr. broccoli (can be frozen)
  • 150 gr. cauliflower (can be frozen)
  • 2 vegetable or chicken bouillon tablets
  • 4-5 tablespoons oil
  • 2 liters of water

Preparation
  1. The first thing is to prepare the vegetables, wash and chop the vegetables, the cabbage in julienne
  2. In a tall pot we will put the oil and when it is hot we will add the leek, the cabbage and sauté it, we will leave it for a few minutes to release all its flavor.
  3. We will put the water in the pot and the rest of the vegetables. We leave it until it starts to boil.
  4. When it is boiling, add the 1-2 tablets of broth, leave it over medium heat and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
  5. After this time we taste it and we will rectify the salt if necessary.
  6. And the soup will be ready. A warm and delicious dish.
  7. A good pot of soup comes out, you can freeze it and have it ready.
