Sirloin chopped in sauce

For those of you who have not yet tired of eating meat this past (finally) Christmas, I bring you the recipe for this tasty sirloin meat, which is accompanied by a garnish of potatoes and seasoned with a tasty sauce based on white wine. If you are 100% carnivore and you like this type of meat, you will enjoy tasting this delicious dish that we have made with you in mind.

The sirloin chopped in sauce with potato garnish is a good dish that can be served at any meal as a main course and even as a single dish.

Ingredients
  • 1 kg of pork tenderloin
  • ½ onion
  • 200 ml of white wine for cooking
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • Black pepper
  • Avecren pill
  • Olive oil
  • Sal Island

Preparation
  1. In a frying pan with a good jet of olive oil, we put it to heat and when it is very hot we add the sirloin already clean, chopped and with a pinch of salt. We will only brown the outside of the sirloin meat in this step. We want it to be sealed on the outside and raw on the inside. When it is like that, we separate and remove the meat.
  2. In the same oil as above, sauté half an onion that we will have previously cut into julienne. When it is poached, add a well-ground avecren pill, along with the glass of wine (over high heat). The next step will be to add the sirloin meat set aside, along with a little sprinkled black pepper (to taste).
  3. Cover and leave over medium heat for about 20 minutes. We are stirring every little bit, being careful not to undo the meat.
  4. Meanwhile, we are peeling the potatoes, washing them and cutting them to fry in olive oil. These will be the Garrison of this rich sirloin in sauce.
  5. Once both things have been done (the meat should be somewhat juicy inside, not overcooked), we set aside and serve. To enjoy!

If you prefer vegetables to potatoes, it is another option.
