We can also have it prepared in advance and just sauté it a little at the last minute to serve it hot.

Ingredients
  • 400 gr. thistle mushroom
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 100 gr. diced ham
  • 100 ml. white wine (optional)
  • Oil, pepper and salt
  • Parsley

Preparation
  1. To prepare this dish of garlic mushrooms with ham, we first prepare the mushrooms, with the help of a damp cloth we clean them, although these types of mushrooms always come quite clean.
  2. We put a pan with a jet of oil over medium heat, when it is hot we add the mushrooms and brown them on both sides. When they are ready we take out and reserve.
  3. Chop the garlic, add a little more oil and add the minced garlic.
  4. When the garlic begins to have color, add the ham. We sauté it for a few minutes.
  5. Then we add the mushrooms and add the white wine. We let it reduce for a few minutes. We add a little pepper. You don't need any salt because the ham already gives flavor.
  6. Chop a little parsley and add it to the mushrooms.
  7. And they will be ready to eat !!!
