- 2 slices of sliced bread
- 1 knob of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon chopped chives
- Sal Island
- Pepper
- Olive oil
- 1 handful of grated cheddar cheese
- ½ apple of sour variety
- We toast the slices bread and spread lightly with butter.
- In a bowl we beat the eggs with chives, salt and pepper to taste.
- We put a little oil in the pan and when it is hot, we pour the egg mixture. We let the bottom set and then we add the grated cheese. We finish curdling the tortilla.
- We serve the tortilla on one of the slices of bread.
- We put on top some thin slices of apple.
- We close the sandwitch and serve.
