- To prepare this dish of salmon with vegetables in the oven, first we will light the oven at 180ºC heat up and down. We take a tray suitable for the oven. We put the vegetables, we will put them in the oven for about 10-15 minutes with a splash of oil.
- After this time the vegetables will be, if we see that it takes a little more time we put them back in the oven, remove the tray and put the salmon on them.
- Season the salmon with oil, salt and pepper. We cut the lemon, sprinkle a little over the salmon and put some slices on top.
- We will put it in the center of the oven, let it cook for about 10 minutes and see if the salmon is there. If we want it more, we will leave it a little longer.
- When it is we take it out.
