Ingredients
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Salt and pepper
For the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons honey mustard
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • A pinch of salt
For the accompaniment
  • 2 small potatoes cooked
  • some cherry tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. We preheat the oven to 200ºC
  2. Brush an oven-safe container with a little oil and place the seasoned salmon loins in this.
