Ingredients
  • 750 gr. Of flour
  • 1 glass of orange juice water
  • 1 glass of egg water (about 5 eggs)
  • 1 glass of sugar water
  • 1 glass of mild olive oil water
  • The zest of 1 or 2 oranges
  • 2 double sachets of raising agents
  • 1 sachet of backing powder
  • Frying oil
  • Sugar and cinnamon to coat them

Preparation
  1. We prepare a large bowl, put the glass of orange juice, the glass with the eggs, the yeast envelope and the raising agents, the sugar and the oil, we stir it all together a little.
  2. Finally we will add the flour little by little until we see that you can make balls with your hands but that it is very soft, although it costs a little to make them, I smear my hands with oil. The amount of flour can also vary a bit.
  3. We add the orange zest.
  4. Mix everything well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Once this time has passed, we will make balls and we can them on the counter.
  6. We will prepare a pan with plenty of oil, when it is hot we will take balls and we will make the shape of the donut and we will add it to the pan.
  7. We will go around so that they are done well and are golden brown.
  8. We will have prepared a plate with kitchen paper and another with the sugar and cinnamon.
  9. When the donuts are there, we will pass them through the kitchen paper, we will coat them with the sugar and cinnamon.
  10. And so on until they were all finished, I got about 50 donuts.
  11. Great !!!
