Rosada with almond sauce

Today I will present you an ideal dish for a romantic dinner in which you can show off. Do you want to try it? Just worry about getting a good white wine and a very good nutmeg and that's it, let's cook:

Ingredients:
12 almonds
Sal Island
Buy
1/2 glass of white wine
8 slices of rose
Pepper
Nutmeg
The white part of a leek
1 glass of fish broth
Saffron in threads

Preparation:
Put the leek to fry in a saucepan. When ready add the ground almonds, the broth, the wine, the salt, the pepper, the crushed saffron threads and the nutmeg.

Cook for about 10 minutes, add the fish and add the salt. Cook until it is done. Accompany with zucchini, aubergines and sautéed mushrooms.
