Ingredients:
1kg of round beef
1 tablespoon of ground pepper
1 and 1/2 tablespoons of sweet paprika
3 small onions
40g butter
Olive oil
Carrots 6
3 and 1 / 2dl of tomato crushed to the natural
1 bunch of green asparagus
Corn Marches
Preparation:
Tie the round to keep the shape and spread with salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Brown the meat on all sides in a saucepan with the butter. Remove and reserve. In the same saucepan, poach the chopped onion, when it is transparent add the meat again. Peel and cut the carrot into sticks. Cover the meat with the tomato sauce and add the carrot. Add the asparagus 15min before finishing cooking. Cut the strings and serve with the vegetables and the cobs.
