Chicken fideua recipe

Ingredients
For 2 people:
- 1/2 onion.
- 1/2 green pepper.
- 1/4 red pepper.
- 2 tomatoes.
- Noodles fat.
- White wine for cooking.
- Water.
- 2 small chicken breasts.
- Salt
- Thyme.
Preparation
To make this magnificent chicken fideua recipe, the first thing we have to do is chop all the vegetables in very small dice, since we will leave them whole, and there are diners who do not like to find any ingredient in their mouth.
Once all the vegetables have been chopped, we will proceed to make a stir fried with them. This must be totally depleted to add the diced chicken.
When we see that the chicken has changed color, we will proceed to add the salt and thyme, as well as a little white wine. When it has evaporated the alcohol we will add water until it covers.
Then, when the water starts to boil, we will add the fat noodles for the typical fideua. If you want it dry, you already know that for each cup of noodle or rice there are two of water, so if you want it, we will add a little more water.
