Ingredients
  • 2 packet of ravioli filled with goat cheese and caramelized onion.
  • 100 gr. walnut
  • A small garlic
  • 20 gr. of bread crumbs soaked in milk
  • 25 gr. grated pecorino cheese
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 40 gr. of butter
  • Liquid cream
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. To prepare the sauce, we put the bread dipped in milk, the grated pecorino, the oil and the butter in a bowl. We reserve
  2. On the other hand we take a saucepan and put it to heat with a glass of water, when it starts to boil we will add the garlic and the chopped nuts, we let it cook for a couple of minutes, we take it out.
  3. We put the garlic and the cooked nuts in the bowl that we have the other ingredients and we season it with a little salt and pepper, we will crush it with the mixer until it is a smooth sauce. We booked.
  4. On the other hand we will cook the pasta, if it is fresh pasta it is done quickly, we put a casserole with enough water, when it starts to boil we will add the ravioli and let them cook until they are, in the package put the time they need.
  5. When they are, we drain them and put them in a source.
  6. In a frying pan we put the walnut sauce, we add liquid cream until there is a sauce to your liking, thickness and flavor.
  7. It only remains to rectify the salt and pepper.
