Ingredients
  • 1 chicken in pieces
  • 300 gr. fresh mushrooms
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 1 hoja de laurel
  • 1 cebolla
  • 150 ml. white wine
  • 1-2 tablespoons mustard
  • Oil, salt and pepper

Preparation
  1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. We put a casserole on the fire with a good jet of oil, when it is hot we add the bay leaf and the chicken, we brown it.
  3. Chop the onion into small pieces and add the chicken to brown it next to the chicken. We clean the mushrooms, we can laminate them or leave them whole.
  4. When the chicken is golden, add the mushrooms and the minced garlic, let it cook for a few minutes.
  5. Add the glass of white wine, let the alcohol evaporate.
  6. We put the two tablespoons of mustard, stir, add a glass of water and cook for about 20 minutes. If necessary we add more water.
  7. After this time, we taste the salt and rectify.
  8. And ready to eat!!!
  9. It can also be accompanied by french fries, vegetables or a salad.
