Chicken is a soft and light meat that goes well with everything, with the mushrooms there is a more complete dish, and to complete it more it only remains to accompany it with some potatoes, vegetables or a green salad.
Chicken in sauce with mushrooms is a classic, in each house it gives it its pointOn this occasion, I have added mustard to give another flavor to the very mild sauce, if you like it stronger, you can add more mustard and leave it to your liking.
- 1 chicken in pieces
- 300 gr. fresh mushrooms
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 hoja de laurel
- 1 cebolla
- 150 ml. white wine
- 1-2 tablespoons mustard
- Oil, salt and pepper
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
- We put a casserole on the fire with a good jet of oil, when it is hot we add the bay leaf and the chicken, we brown it.
- Chop the onion into small pieces and add the chicken to brown it next to the chicken. We clean the mushrooms, we can laminate them or leave them whole.
- When the chicken is golden, add the mushrooms and the minced garlic, let it cook for a few minutes.
- Add the glass of white wine, let the alcohol evaporate.
- We put the two tablespoons of mustard, stir, add a glass of water and cook for about 20 minutes. If necessary we add more water.
- After this time, we taste the salt and rectify.
- And ready to eat!!!
