- 5 potatoes
- 1-2 green peppers
- A splash of olive oil
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
- To make the dish of potatoes and peppers in the microwave, we will first prepare all the ingredients.
- We peel the potatoes and cut them into very thin slices. We put them in a glass bowl suitable for the microwave.
- We wash the peppers, cut into thin strips or small pieces and put them with the potatoes.
- We put a splash of olive oil and a little salt. We stir it well, we mix.
- Cover the bowl with a lid if you have it or with plastic wrap.
- We put it in the microwave at maximum power for 5 minutes, we take it out, we stir it and we put it back in and we put it back another 5 minutes.
- We take out and they will be, if we want them more cooked, introduce them again for a couple of minutes and so on until they are to your liking.
