Ingredients
  • 3 plates of emental cheese (I buy the ones from the Day Supermarket)
  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 egg
  • 1 bag of Chettos
  • Frying oil

Preparation
  1. We crush the cheetos until we have enough to measure a cup.
  2. We mix with half a cup of breadcrumbs
  3. We beat the two eggs
  4. We cut the cheese into strips (the size of a little finger)
  5. We batter in the beaten egg and in the batter mixture.
  6. We fry in very hot oil and we pass through kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil
