For those of us who appreciate having and enjoying a good meat dish at the table, you will love this chicken recipe. It has a super exquisite flavor and different from what we "chicken carnivores" are used to because it is not accompanied by a sauce with a salty flavor as in most cases but rather it is a sauce with a sweet background due to the mixture of two main ingredients in this recipe: mustard and miel.

- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 3 medium potatoes
- ⅓ glass of honey
- ⅓ glass of mustard
- ⅓ glass of white wine
- Salt and black pepper
- Rosemary
- Olive oil
- We choose one oven safe glass tray and we add a little olive oil to the base. We rinse the potatoes (with thin skin) and without peeling we are cutting slices (neither very thin nor very thick) and we are adding them to the tray, at the bottom. We add salt and black pepper.
- On top of these potatoes, we will place one by one the chicken drumsticks, on the contrary side by side so that they fit more and better. We add a little salt and pepper to the drumsticks again.
- Meanwhile, in a separate small bowl we will make the Honey Mustard Sauce that will accompany these thighs. Add the mustard, then the honey, the next will be the white wine and finally a few sprigs of fresh rosemary and a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. We stir well and add it to the chicken drumsticks.
- The next and last thing will be to put in the oven, for about 45 minutes at 180ºC.
