Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- Nocilla
- 1 beaten egg
- Chocolate noodles
For the Syrup (optional)
- 50 g. of sugar
- 50 g. of water
Preparation
- We preheat the oven at 200ºC
- We extend the sheet of rectangular puff pastry on greaseproof paper. Cut into three strips lengthwise using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- In the center of each one of them we extend the nocilla with a spoon, leaving the edges free.
- We bend longitudinally one side of the dough on the nocilla and then the other. We turn so that we have the fold underneath.
- We cut the mini Neapolitans; each strip will give us to make 4 or 5 depending on the size of the initial sheet. We seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg and put in the oven for approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, we prepare a syrup boiling the sugar and water until the sugar dissolves.
- We remove from the oven and let them cool on a rack. When they are warm, brush with the syrup and sprinkle with chocolate noodles.
