Ingredients
  • 1 sheets of puff pastry
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • egg to brush

Preparation
  1. To start we spread the puff pastry sheet on a counter, without removing the paper.
  2. Then brush with butter and sprinkle the sugar over it.
  3. Then sprinkle cinnamon generously.
  4. Then, we just have to take one of the shorter sides of the sheet and take it to the other end. In other words, fold the puff pastry sheet in half, pressing lightly with your hands.
  5. Now we stand in front of the puff pastry andwe cut triangles with a pizza cutter. We start from the lower left corner and bring the line to approximately 4 centimeters to the right of the upper left corner. We continue like this, creating triangles, until we finish all the dough. About 8 come out.
  6. Then we roll up the triangles from the base to the tip and we are placing them on a lined baking tray, keeping in mind to put the final tip down.
  7. Once all done, brush with egg and we put in the oven.
  8. We bake at 180ºC for approximately 25-30 minutes.
  9. Then, remove and sprinkle with icing sugar.
