Zucchini Milanese

If you have zucchini in your refrigerator and you don't know what to prepare them with, today I present a recipe with which you can get out of trouble:

Ingredients

5 zuquinis cut thick and lengthwise
Wheat flour required amount
3 egg beaten
2 teaspoons Provençal
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil required quantity

Procedure

Mix the eggs with the Provençal, salt and pepper. Pass the zucchini through flour and then through egg and again through flour. Put them in a pan with hot oil and serve with a garnish.
