I had not made cupcakes for a long time and I had wanted to make these cupcakes that I had seen on several blogs for a long time.
The truth is that it is a recipe with ingredients that we have at home and that we can prepare for any occasion in a short time.
These are some fluffy cocoa cream cupcakes, ideal for breakfast or a snack. You can also prepare these muffins by adding to the muffins, nuts, pieces of fruit, chocolate chips…. You can put the cocoa cream you like on the market there are several brands.

A traditional sweet that everyone, young and old, likes.

Ingredients
  • 300 gr. cocoa cream (Nutella)
  • 3 eggs
  • 70 gr. Of flour

Preparation
  1. To make the chocolate muffins, we will first put the oven at 180ºC with heat up and down.
  2. In a bowl we will put the cocoa cream in the microwave for a few seconds so that it is lighter and more manageable. We will be careful not to burn.
  3. In another larger bowl we will put the eggs, beat well and gradually add and mix the cocoa cream.
  4. We will add the sifted flour to the chocolate mixture, we will stir everything well, until it is well mixed.
  5. We take some molds and we will fill them with the dough. This amount gives for about 10 muffins.
  6. We put in the oven at 160º for 8-10 minutes, depending on the oven.
  7. The muffins are ready when they look matte through the pompadour. We puncture in the center they have to be a little moist so that they are tender and juicy. They do not have to be long because they would stay dry. So the time can vary depending on the oven.
  8. And they will be ready for snack.
