I suggest you prepare a delicious rosemary flavored rice garnish to taste as a hot dish and use it as an accompaniment to dishes containing fish, beef or chicken.
Ingredients:
300 grams of rice
11 / 2 cup vegetable broth
2 onions
1 sprig of fresh rosemary
4 tablespoons olive oil
80 cc of dry white wine
100 grams of grated cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
Preparation:
In a pot with the olive oil, cook the chopped onions for a few moments and add the rice and let it cook a little. Add the dry white wine and continue cooking until the alcohol in the wine evaporates.
Then add the rosemary branch and the hot broth. Stir from time to time with a wooden spoon. After approximately 15 minutes, remove it from the heat to rest for a few minutes. Lastly, sprinkle with the grated cheese and serve hot.
