Cheese and oregano breadsticks

Procedure

Add warm water, yeast and sugar, and let it rest, covering it with a cloth.
Put the flour, the cheese, the salt and the oregano in the center on the counter in the form of a crown, put the oil, the dissolved yeast and the water and knead.
Separately, put in a container and let the bun rise to twice its size, roll out the dough on a floured counter until it is 0,5 cm thick, cut sticks the length of the tea spoons and put it on a plate brushed with butter
