Today I propose a very good dish a gratin of meat and vegetables, a very good and complete recipe. As you know, it is very difficult to introduce vegetables, so you have to find rich ways to introduce them and that they like, especially the smallest of the house, who have a hard time eating them.
This dish achieves it since the combination is very good and gratin makes this dish very juicy, since the spices that it has gives it a very good flavor. Surely if you try it you will like it !!!

Ingredients
- 200 gr. cauliflower
- 200 gr. broccoli
- 1 Carrot
- 1 onion
- 500 gr. minced meat
- 1 teaspoon of curry
- ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
- Bechamel (Flour and milk)
- Sal Island
- Buy
- Pepper
- Grated cheese
Preparation
- We put a casserole with plenty of water and a little salt. We cut all the vegetables into pieces and when the water starts to boil we add them all except the onion, we let them cook for 10-15 minutes, depending on how you like them, but it is better if they remain aldentes.
- On the other hand we put a frying pan with oil, we poach the onion, when it begins to take color we will put the minced meat, we will let it cook for a few minutes and then we will put the spices, such as curry, paprika and pepper, we stir well that it takes all the flavors.
- When we see that the meat is ready, we put it in a dish suitable for the oven, put the vegetables on top and mix it a little.
- We prepare a béchamel with flour and milk, we leave it to be like a not very thick cream and we cover the whole source with it, we put the grated cheese and we put it in the oven until it is golden. We turn off.
- And ready to serve !!!
