Taking advantage of strawberry season we are going to prepare a strawberry and tomato gazpacho, it's a great very refreshing starter with a lot of flavor, the combination is perfect and we leave the classic gazpacho. It is very good as a starter, it is served in glasses with strawberries and it is a sensational dish.

Ingredients
  • Strawberries 500 gr.
  • Tomatoes 500 gr.
  • ½ onion or spring onion
  • ½ Green pepper
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 cloves of garlic
  • 1-2 slices of bread (optional)
  • Water
  • A splash of vinegar

Preparation
  1. To prepare the strawberry gazpacho with tomatoes, we will start by cleaning the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces, we will put everything in a blender. We moisten the bread and add.
  2. Peel and cut the cucumber, chives and green pepper, we put it in the blender.
  3. We wash the strawberries, cut the green part and chop them, add them together with the vegetables in the blender.
  4. We add a little water and we grind it all and we will add water until we leave it to our liking.
  5. We put salt, oil, pepper and vinegar we remove it. And we leave it as we like the most.
  6. We can pass all this through a strainer so that the gazpacho is finer and no skin or seeds remain.
  7. We put it in the fridge until serving time so that it is very cold, you can also add a few ice cubes to the mixture.
  8. You can accompany this gazpacho with pieces of strawberries, toasted bread.
  9. We serve in glasses very cold.
