- Tomatoes 500 gr.
- ½ onion or spring onion
- ½ Green pepper
- ½ cucumber
- 1 cloves of garlic

Preparation
- To prepare the strawberry gazpacho with tomatoes, we will start by cleaning the tomatoes, peel them and cut them into pieces, we will put everything in a blender. We moisten the bread and add.
- Peel and cut the cucumber, chives and green pepper, we put it in the blender.
- We wash the strawberries, cut the green part and chop them, add them together with the vegetables in the blender.
- We add a little water and we grind it all and we will add water until we leave it to our liking.
- We put salt, oil, pepper and vinegar we remove it. And we leave it as we like the most.
- We can pass all this through a strainer so that the gazpacho is finer and no skin or seeds remain.
- We put it in the fridge until serving time so that it is very cold, you can also add a few ice cubes to the mixture.
- You can accompany this gazpacho with pieces of strawberries, toasted bread.
- We serve in glasses very cold.
