Easy cookies
Recipe for making simple cookies
These are some very easy to make cookies and very fast, they can be done in one afternoon.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 50 grams of butter
- Flour, quantity needed.
Instructions
- Mix the butter with the sugar, beat hard until they form a paste, add the milk, the eggs and the vanilla essence
- Once this liquid paste is formed, add the flour, the necessary amount until a firm dough is formed.
- Remember knead a little by hand and give the dough little heat because otherwise the butter will ask for more flour and when cooking the cookies will be very hard.
- Once the dough is formed, make the shape we want and put them on a greased plate
- We put them in a oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
