Ingredients

• 225 g. softened butter
• 58 g. icing sugar
• 290 g. Of flour
• 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

1. We preheat the oven to 180ºC and line the tray with baking paper.
2. We mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the help of an electric mixer.
3. We spread the dough on a floured surface to a thickness of approximately 6mm.
4. We cut the cookies and we place them on the baking tray.
5. We put the cookies in the fridge for 20 minutes.
6. Then we bake 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
7. We remove from the oven and carefully place them on a rack so that they finish cooling down.
