INGREDIENTS:
- 1 quart of butter.
- 1 egg.
- 450 gr. of corn flour.
- Sugar (150-200 gr).
PROCESS:
- We remove the butter from the refrigerator so that it is at room temperature. As soon as we get it, add the sugar in the bowl and mix it well. Then we add the egg and do the same, mix it well.
- Add the flour and mix until you get a homogeneous dough.
- We knead the dough well and stretch it to make the cookies (we can make them with molds or take a little dough and mold it (round).
- We bake them at 180º for 12 minutes (if they are round they will need a little more time for the dough to become inside).
- Once they are removed we can cover them with sugar.
