Ingredients:
50 gr of anise liqueur
10 gr of green anise
1 glass of sugar
Almonds
2 glasses of wheat flour
1 glass of seed oil
1 glass of chickpea flour
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except the almonds in the Thermomix for a few seconds at speed 6. Make balls and crush them a little to put an almond in the center.
Put in the oven for 15 minutes, previously preheated to 170º.
I really liked the recipe, but I have a little doubt, I can make it only with chickpea flour because as far as I know it does not contain gluten and I add wheat flour I think I am including gluten.
