Camembert cheese fondue
Camembert cheese fondue cooked in its own wooden box is typical, but today we are going to prepare it in a less common but just as appetizing way. It is a good option as a starter, or also to accompany an aperitif.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- 1 whole camembert cheese (with rind)
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- blackberry or blueberry sweet.
- toast
- oil for frying.
PREPARATION
We pass the cheese through breadcrumbs and then through beaten egg.
Then we pass it through the breadcrumbs
For the second time we pass it through egg and breadcrumbs and then fry in plenty of oil. The oil should be hot, but not so hot to give it time to melt without burning.
With a knife we cut a lid on the top, and put it in a bowl, with the toast and the sweet. We serve immediately so that the cheese does not harden again.
Each diner will spread their toasts with cheese and sweet. Enjoy your meal!!!
