Hake fillets with lemon butter

It had never occurred to me to accompany hake with melted butter. The desire to try new combinations made me unable to resist reproducing this recipe. A very simple recipe that allows us to present the hake fillets otherwise.

This is a very simple recipe that we can prepare in a few minutes when time is short. I have made it with frozen hake, but I'm sure it will improve with fresh hake. While both the butter like lemon they add flavor to the recipe. The first one also makes the plate less light, heavier, everything could not be good!

Ingredients
  • 4 hake fillets
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Flour (to pass the hake)
  • 4 + 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4-5 lemon slices
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preparation
  1. Season the hake fillets and we go through flour. We shake to remove the excess of it.
  2. Heat four tablespoons of butter in a pan and we cook the steaks on both sides until golden brown.
  3. We place the fillets in a source and sprinkle with parsley chopped.
  4. We clean the pan and we melt the butter remaining, until golden brown. Then we add the lemon slices and cook until hot.
  5. We pour the mixture above the hake fillets and serve.
