Ingredients:
100 g of smoked bacon
1 onion cut to the feather
2 cups boiled Brussels sprouts
Salt and pepper
300 g ringlets noodles
1 can of tomatoes
3 tbsp minced garlic and parsley
Preparation:
Cut the bacon into cubes and sauté it with the onion in a pan until it releases fat. Add the cabbages, the chopped tomatoes with all their juice, garlic and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes over low heat. Boil the noodles in salted water, drain, mix with the cabbage and serve with cheese to taste.
