Today we cook a simple pasta recipe, with very few ingredients we will obtain a great result. Pasta is necessary for a correct diet, although sometimes we avoid it if we are taking care of the line.
In order not to eliminate it from the diet, we can look for alternatives to cook it in a way that is lighter. In this way we will obtain the carbohydrates that our body needs, while still having a healthy diet.

- 500 gr of spaghetti with egg
- 1 chicken breast
- 200 gr of sliced mushroom
- 100 gr of serrano ham cubes
- Half an onion
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- First we prepare a pot with enough depth to cook the pasta, add water with salt and bring to a boil.
- When the water starts to boil, add the pasta, stir well so that it does not stick.
- The cooking time will be the one set by the manufacturer, after that time we drain well and cool to cut the cooking.
- While we are preparing the rest of the ingredients.
- Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, wash the mushrooms well and cut the onion very finely.
- In a frying pan, we put a drizzle of olive oil.
- Season the chicken and fry well, add the mushrooms and finally the ham cubes.
- Add the spaghetti, being careful not to break them, mix well.
- And voila, we have our delicious pasta dish.
