The recipe
- 2 large potatoes
- 1 can of pickled mussels.
- ½ white onion
- ¼ red onion
- Lemon juice
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Parsley

- We cook the potatoes in plenty of salted water.
- Once cooked, remove the skin and chop with the hands.
- Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the julienned white onion. Then we season.
