I do not know about you, but with the arrival of the heat, I personally only want to eat things cold and light, no heavy and hot dishes.
Therefore, the dish I use the most is a good Salad with infinity of assorted ingredients. It is a dish that I especially eat at night in the Dinner accompanied by some fried fish or a French omelette. A meal as you can see very light, very healthy and at the same time very complete.

Ingredients
- ¾ iceberg lettuce
- 300 grams of seafood delicacies
- 3 boiled eggs
- 2 cans of tuna in vegetable oil
- Corn
- Grated carrot
- Olive oil
- Sal Island
- Lemon juice
Preparation
- First of all, what I do is put the 3 eggs to cook while we are cutting and cleaning the vegetables.
- We cut the iceberg lettuce, we wash it well and add it to a big bowl where we will add the rest of the ingredients.
- We will add the sea delicacies cut into cubes, the grains of corn to taste, the grated carrot (more or less as you like), the well shredded tuna and the 3 eggs we will chop when they are cooked.
- We will dress everything with a little olive oil, salt and the juice of a lemon or lemon and a half, depending on whether you like it more or less strong in flavor. We stir very well and we only need to plate and taste.
