Ingredients
  • 150 gr. desalted cod
  • 3-4 tomatoes
  • 1 onion or spring onion
  • black olives
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. To prepare the cod salad, first wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces, peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
  2. If we buy the salted cod we will soak it for about 48 hours, changing the water every 8 hours. After this time we have it ready to make the salad.
  3. Next we cut the desalted cod into pieces or strips. Take a plate and put the tomato first, the onion on top and finally the cod in pieces.
  4. Add a little bit of salt and pepper. We add some olives.
  5. We prepare a vinaigrette. In a jar or a glass, add olive oil, a splash of vinegar, emulsify the mixture well and add it to the salad.
  6. And that's it, right away we have a great salad.
