Ingredients
  • 1 purple onion
  • 1 sea bream, open for two, ready to grill
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • A pinch of flake salt
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley
  • ½ lemon
  • ½ glass of white wine
  • Olive oil

Preparation
  1. We peel and we cut the onion in julienne. In a frying pan with a drizzle of oil we fry it for 5 minutes, to make sure that it is finished in what the bream is done.
  2. We preheat the oven at 190 ° C.
  3. We place the onion in the bottom of a Baking dish.
  4. On the onion we place the bream to which we make 4 cuts that they pierce one of the loins.
  5. In a mortar, we work with the minced garlic, the flaked salt and the minced parsley. Pour a splash of oil and a few drops of lemon juice and work for a few more minutes.
  6. Spread with the pasta inside the bream and reserve something for once the fish is closed, spread on the skin of the loin that is facing upwards.
  7. We cut 2 lemon slices thin, we cut them in half and introduce a chunk in each cut made in the bream. The leftover lemon is placed in the baking dish as well.
  8. We water the fish with a drizzle of oil and we take to the oven.
  9. We bake for 10-15 minutes. We miss him glass of white wine and bake another 10 minutes. Keep in mind that the time will depend on both the size of the fish and your own oven.
