  • 1 cup of couscous
  • 2 ripe tomatoes

Preparation
  1. We cook the couscous in the same amount of water following the manufacturer's instructions. Then we loosen it with a fork, we dress it with a little oil, salt and pepper, mix and reserve in a bowl.
