Hazelnut crisps

This is a rich recipe to change the classic cookies and toast and give a personal touch to your breakfasts and snacks

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of sugars
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of hazelnut
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • A little of oil

Procedures

Slice the hazelnuts, separate the walnuts and chop them coarsely with a knife. Choose a very clean and dry cast iron skillet. Put the sugar in it and take it over the flame until it melts and takes on a slightly golden color. Add the chopped hazelnuts and the butter, in small pieces. Mix well and pour the preparation into a roasting pan just greased with oil and let it cool and harden
